Patrick Veera will be nominated among Arsene Wenger's potential candidates to succeed at Arsenal but says he is happy in New York City.
Arsenal announced Wenger's departure on Friday, suggesting Veera could capture Emirates Stadium.
WNYE, the 41-year-old New York radio station, offers a cautious response to the speculation.
"But not enough to train the team."
"I'm always nice to hear my name associated with different football clubs,
it's good for your ego, but at the same time, I'm happy here.
"We'll see what will happen in the next few years."
Before the news emerged that he was ready to leave,
"He is a child whose capacity is one day, yes," said Wenger.
"I have followed my managerial career, I think he does very well,
but in general, this is the Premier League special.
"You have to enter and there are many players who have played here,
who have the potential, intelligence, and knowledge."
